The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. Help IBMers to build their career by providing them with a personalized experience. In this role, you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM strategy.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position will support the HR team in building the best onboarding experience for every new joiners at IBM. The role requires one to be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization.
Apply Design thinking and agile principles in designing and delivering best Onboarding experience
Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement.
Apply user experience and Visual Graphic design to create new offerings for New hires/Hiring managers
Create innovative solutions to enhance New hire Onboarding experience.
Content development .
Create presentations , design web solutions for Onboarding Stakeholders.
Use data to create design strategy to improve New hire / Hiring Manager Onbording experience

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ideally with 4-8 years previous working experience, in an international company with exposure to user experience design ,Visual Design.Knowledge and exposure to Design Thinkining and Agile principlesProject managementAdvance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel experience in pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Adobe skills, video editing skills,web desiginingData AnalyticsContent developmentKnowledge of WordPress.HTMLMaster degree holder.
