Job Description : · Understand the vision and purpose of the school and align with the academic culture of the school.· Develop and prepare content including presentations for daily classes.· Research, Understand and Prepare Lesson Plans.· Conduct Online Classes as per timetable including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement.· Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the school aligned with learning objectives.· Plan, prepare and execute continuous informal and formal assessments of students· Report on the progress of the child through assessments and anecdotal records as per School’s Standards.· Identify students’ special education needs and collaborate with School Counselling Team.· Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators virtually.· Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned.· Proactively respond to parent’s communications and concerns on the Learning Portal· Prepare and conduct Parent Meetings.· Actively plan, participate, and train students for various activities and events of the school including Summer School Programme.· Ensure compliance and adherence to School’s policies including child safety and cyber security.· Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Are you B.Ed qualified?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/04/2022
