Job Description : We are Hiring OTA Expert ListingJob Summary- The Specialist, OTA Optimization supports all efforts within the channels & distribution team related to optimizing online partner performance.- This includes analyzing, reporting out on, and supporting action plans to address properties and regions with revenue opportunity on the OTAs.- Candidate is also responsible for ensuring testing, using, and/or exposed to potential new tools and revenue opportunities on each OTA.- In addition, this supports overall efforts to address root causes of rate parity instances throughout the organization.- This candidate works closely with the revenue optimization department, global channel/distribution teams, and operations.Responsibilities- Support all efforts related to optimizing OTA performance for all properties.- Work with third party partners’ data and internal data to identify revenue opportunities and/or challenges at specific properties or in specific regions.- Work to initiate action plans to address the opportunities and/or challenges.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.- 1+ years of progressive experience in travel industry revenue management, travel industry distribution/channel management, and/or hospitality operations.- An understanding of the hotel industry’s distribution and channel landscape is necessary.- Candidate should be interested in emerging trends in the hotel industry as it relates to OTAs, Meta search channels.- Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey ideas and results, in writing and through speech, to partner teams, team members, and owners/franchisees.- Strong analytical skills – ability to review numbers and draw conclusions about performance and impact of various projects and/or technology solutions.- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail; able to work simultaneously on multiple initiatives and priorities.- Self-starter, exhibiting initiative and confidence.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All guests required to wear maskExperience:total OTA work: 1 year (Preferred)
