Job Description : Responsibilities- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns- Working and overseeing platforms such as AdWords and Facebook, CRMs and Email Automation helping the team deliver campaigns and lead generation targets- Manage content and campaign updates for various amplified and organic strategies- Collaborate with IT teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.Requirements- Expertise in Social Media, Email Marketing, Database Acquisition, and Content Marketing- Experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels- Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, ContractWork Remotely:Yes
