Job Description : Job DescriptionJob Title: Performance Management SystemEducation: MBA in HR.Experience: 5 to 6 Yr.Salary: As per company standard· Job Description of each employees.· Preparing and Rolling Out KRA’s to all employees.· Fix their KPI’s as per their KRA· Facilitating the KRA review’s monthly along with their HOD and respective director.· Responsibility of managing the communication of operational issues related to PMS.· Strong follow up with Team and respective HOD for timely completion and submission of their KRA’s.· Execution of Annual Performance Management System and Appraisal Process.· Prepare and executive performance based incentives for Admin Staff’s.· Competency Mapping and Skill Matrices.· Good Communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi· Good Command in Excel like(Vlookup & Pivot, Graphs/Pie Charts..· Strong Analytical Skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: From ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Data & Technical Business Analysts: 3 years (Preferred)
