Below are the job roles & skills required.Responsibilities include:Responsible as first point of contact, dealing with correspondence & phone calls.Manage & organize meetings & appointments. Book & arrange travel, transport & accommodation. Occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.Take dictation & minutes. Typing, compiling & preparing reports, presentations & correspondence.Remind important tasks & deadlines.Implementing & maintaining procedures/ administrative systems.Liaising with staff, clients, and others.Manage Social media profiles.Miscellaneous tasks assigned by MD.Key skills required:Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.Flexibility and adaptability.Good oral and written communication skills.Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (We use Microsoft products)Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: From ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistancePaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 15/03/2022
