Job Description : Job Profile:· Work Experience: (Relevant and Total Experience = 1 years Must have work experience in a Pharmacy and exposure in customer relations.· Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi (also preferable).· Candidate – Certificate of registration with Pharmacy Council of Karnataka, The Original certificate is to be handed over to the Company for as long as the employee is working.· Male/Female, aged between 20 to 28 years.Please look for candidates who can move to these areas or who are living near these areas (in & around Mahalaxmi layout / Nandini Layout / Laggere)Working hours: The shop will be open from 7.30 AM to 10 PM all days in a week. The pharmacist will have to come in shifts and will have to take a week off maybe during the week. He will have a pharm aide to support him in his day to day work. Overall it will be his responsibility.Roles & Responsibilities:To dispense right medications based on the prescription received after checking the expiry, batch number and the MRP and ensure pleasing service to the customer.To provide pleasing service to customer satisfaction and explain the prescriptions, convince to substitutes if necessary.To communicate with doctors for the availability of substitute whenever there is an enquiry for the brands which are not available.To follow the departmental SOPs strictly for all the responsibilities assigned.Proper handling of cash and ensure that there is no discrepancy in the cash or card transaction during the shift.To co-ordinate with store manager for procurement and storage of medications as per the day to day requirements.To have a thorough knowledge of generic, brand names and category of all the available drugs.To guide the Pharma aid for the removal of near expiry, non-moving stocks and to report the same to the store manager.To give feedback on slow moving and fast-moving drugs.
