Job Description : ResponsibilitiesEstablishing & implementing planning & Project management process across the running projects of the organization for a better monitoring & control of the project in terms of time, cost & quality.Should have 8 to 12 years of experience in reputed construction company.To work on building projects (High end office /residences/ Mixed used commercials) as a Senior person.To execute the projects effectively.To control 7-8 projects in all respects.To focus on time bound delivery of project within budget and required quality.Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.Attending and scheduling meetings as required.Required Candidate profileGood knowledge of MS office & MS projectWorking knowledge of AutocadFlexible to travel to sites in any part of the country.PG in Construction Management ( NICMAR) / Masters in Construction Management with 10+ years of work experienceNote: Need an immediate joiner.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shift
