Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIESProviding customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, chat, social media, and other online platforms.To be able to handle multiple concurrent chats and email interactions while addressing frequent start and stops from incoming phone calls, emails, social media interactions, and other online platforms.Identifying correcting and advising on technical issues in the customer’s computer, mobile app and/or video game console.Identifying trends in customer problems and provide clear feedback/inputs to the team members based on independent testing.REQUIREMENTSBilingual is strongly welcome (Bilingual in Chinese/English /Japanese/Korean preferred in order to liaise with the respective language-speaking associates)Requires to work on weekends and public holidays with a fixed schedule.Strong in both written and communicating in English to liaise with English speaking associatesAbility to communicate with excellent soft skills via email/chat/phoneAbility to deliver excellent customer service quality utilizing soft skillsAble to understand games from a gamer’s perspective and give in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting supportAbility to solve and analyze information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelinesTeam playerThose with strong interest in games are preferredPhone support related experience preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 – $2,600.00 per monthBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programmeEmployee discountHealth insuranceProfessional developmentWork from homeSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payPerformance bonusYearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Work from homeExperience:Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
