Job Description : Job Title: Tutor – Pre Employment (Traineeships)Location: ManchesterWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for making a difference in peoples lives.You will be coaching Traineeship students through a programme of teaching, learning & assessment, from induction to certification. You will ensure the programmes meet the needs of the student and employer, as well as external and internal audit requirements. Offer continuous mentoring support to all students during their courses. Attend events (for example network meetings, careers fair and schools) to widen the brand at a local and national level. Engage with networks and local stake holders.Requirements: Experience or knowledge of TraineeshipsPTLLS / AET qualifiedExcellent communication skillsBe self motivated as this role will be home based with regional travelAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersHaving an Assessors qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.In return we offer: All equipment required for you to perform your duties will be provided, including a laptop and phone22 days holidays increasing to 24 days after 1 years and after 27 days after 2 years continuous servicePension and autoenrollmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (preferred)Experience:teaching: 1 year (preferred)tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
