Job Description : Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a Caring Primary teacher in the Trafford area? Are you looking for an exciting role teaching Year 5?
Tradewind are currently recruiting for hardworking Primary teachers for a welcoming Old Trafford primary school. The role is to start after Easter 2022 (Or ASAP if possible) with the potential of going long term.
The school has recently been rated GOOD by Ofsted and has a welcoming atmosphere. Although the class are welcoming and hardworking, there are a couple of children with more complex behavioural and social and emotional mental health (SEMH) needs. This means, that whilst you would be teaching the full National Curriculum, as class teacher you must be aware of some potential disruption in class, and so teachers with experience working with challenging behaviour may suit this role better. Due to disruption over the last few Terms, the school require our Primary Teachers to deliver engaging and diverse lessons to pupils to encourage both academic and personal development. Particularly with any disengaged children that may need a little more support from you.
As a whole school, the staff and parents are lovely and welcoming. They will make you feel part of an extended family from day one and will do what they can to support where needed.
To join us and be successful as a Primary Teacher in this role you will need to:
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience within KS2
Knowledge and understanding working with a range of behavioural difficulties.
Have a can-do, resilient attitude
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
