Inviting applications for the role of IT Digital Salesforce Architect
Responsibilities
The IT Digital Salesforce Architect is responsible for the design, technical administration, and the creation of go-to-market solutions in the Salesforce suite of products (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) supporting the design and creation of customer journeys and campaigns across all Client business units
Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture
Collaborate across GBUs, global markets, business functions, agencies and other third parties to implement new digital initiatives for first party CRM and Marketing Automation for B2C and B2B initiatives.
Closely collaborate with business and cross-functional IT teams to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate configurations in the Salesforce suite and execute the configuration of those requirements in the Salesforce technology.
Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions that will leverage Salesforce
Collaborate with Functional teams to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.).
Support documentation of application deliverables that are consistent with the methodologies and best practices
Understand local country / market regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with local standards and provide alternative solutions for identified markets
Provide technical expertise in the integration of the Salesforce architecture with complementary digital technologies that will provide the end-to-end martech experience for our B2C and B2B customers
Contribute to the definition of process and procedures to provide guidance on the implementation, timelines and costs
Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and training
Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management
Experience in Salesforce configuration, administrating and consulting
Equivalent Salesforce certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required

Preferred qualifications
‘Direct/hands-on solutioning and architecting the Salesforce suite with a focus on Marketing Cloud
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with marketing, commercial, analytics, and other technology platforms
Strong oral, written, and face-to-face communication skills, and be customer focused to understand business needs and appropriately match to innovative solutions
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with peers and management
Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make fact-based decisions
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with vendors, agencies, development teams and other third parties for solution delivery including the management of contracts, SOWs, NDAs, etc.
Capability to keep abreast of emerging digital trends and translate into business impactful, best-in-class solutions
Must be willing to travel onsite for short term
