Change the future with us:You would be working in a highly client-focused environment with an ability to partner with audiences of a senior level within Siemens & Siemens group companiesYou would be applying appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, forecasting techniques and so onYou will manage the daily operations of the PowerBI dashboard maintenance comprising of data updations for monthly refreshYou will be expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clientsYou would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Partner with IT to implement models and testsProduction/enhancement of monthly management packs providing value-added analysis to help stakeholders identify trends and recommend focusing on hotspotsResponsibility of getting the data updations by coordinating with different stakeholders like employee data management team, learning & development, talent acquisition will fall under your gamutConfigure reports, dashboards, scorecards, embedded analytics, primarily using Embed a self-service culture around reporting and data, incorporating customer feedback to create an improved service offeringPartner with stakeholders to understand new report/data requirements provide the simplest solution ensuring results meet the business needsTroubleshoot and ensure the quality of data and reports; advocate the effective use of HR systems and data by promoting standard definitions of HR data and metrics in the regionEnsure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection GuidelinesSupport the regions, Communities of Expertise, and senior stakeholders by providing detailed and accurate HR analysis and reporting including, but not limited to, FTE and headcount data, People Survey, other surveys, attrition, capacity, People scorecards, etcBuild predictive models from multiple data sources, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large datasetsDevise ad-hoc metrics and analysis to support HR strategic initiatives performing the role of subject matter expertUse data to develop tactical statistical models to understand business opportunity and improvement areas
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:6 months to 2 years in quantitative analysis experience, including building statistical modelsExperience in advanced R/Python – Exposure to Advanced & Upcoming ML Libraries For Model Evaluation, Validation and DeploymentExperience in at least one visualization tool (Tableau/ Power BI/d3.js) for reporting insights/creating client deliverablesStrong understanding of HR systems and other HR data sourcesStrong expertise in capacity planning, workforce management tools, and operational planning methodologiesExpert in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sourcesExposure to statistical techniques like Predictive Modelling, Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis etc.Mandatory knowledge of Forecasting techniques using mathematical & statistical methodologiesDeep knowledge of Workday Prism, Power BI, Tableau, SAP systems, SQL, Adobe Analytics, SpotfireExperience in at least one of these:
o Text Analytics (Topic Modelling, Word2Vec, BERT, ELMO)
o Deep Learning (Neural networks, ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, ComputerVision)
o Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
o Big Data Analytics (Hive/Hadoop/ETL/SQL)
Good to Have:Coding techniques on VBA, MS-Access, Python preferredPySpark/PyTorch framework exposure would be a bonusHtml 5/js skills are a bonusExperience in time series forecasting/ optimization techniquesAwareness of Global & European data protection requirements and practice
