Job Description : TAXSAM LOOKING FOR A NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER!Job DescriptionProduct Development Manager are responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in our company’s Business Development. The Product Development will working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements. The Product Manager will ensure the project comply with the predetermined budget, ensure projects are completed on time, and other project requirements. Product Development Manager will document instructions for end-users and assist with the testing of the final product.To be successful in this role you should deliver an extensively recorded, tested, intact, and operative product within delivery time frames and budget. Ideal candidates will have to be analytical, proactive, and have a positive demeanor.Responsibilities: Setting product purpose and coming up with plans to meet those development goalsMaintaining product development timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reportsLead the customer development, ideation technical development, and launch of new features and product initiativesDrive growth and strategic renewal by transforming an organization’s – traditional product into digital ones (Digitalization process)Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and executionEffectively use data and analytics to evolve and inform the direction of product developmentTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesCreating product requirement document due to customer needs and business impacts.Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Information system, Industrial Engineering, or any related fieldFresh graduate are welcome (within last 2 years) and/or have 1 year or more in experience at related fieldsFamiliar with UI-UX Design method and procedureThorough understanding of product development fundamentals and IT fluencyExperienced or have basic understanding of analyzing business’s operational and flow processWorking experience or basic understandings of a Collaborative interface design tool called Figma.Understanding of agile software development life cycleBe able to build and scale with a focus on executionStrong problem solving, critical thinking coaching, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill, and strong people skillsAbility to manage complex projects, multi-task, determined on self-development and team development.OfficeSUDIRMAN PARKJakarta PusatInterested candidate can apply until;February 28st, 2022Tenggat Lamaran: 28/2/2022Tanggal Mulai yang Diharapkan: 1/3/2022Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Rp5,500,000 – Rp7,000,000 per monthEducation:S1 (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
