About the role
We are hiring our first product manager, someone who will shape our product in a significant way and help us achieve product market fit before we scale globally. You will be working closely with our CEO and rest of the team on imagining the future of pet healthcare. You will be responsible for helping define and build a personalised pet healthtech platform that helps pet parents manage their fur friends’ wellness at their fingertips.
You’ll help validate hypotheses through generative research, and drive our user experience from concept through to shipping and beyond. You will be responsible for building a consistent user experience across all aspects of the product. You will work closely with the product and engineering team, designing user flows and documenting behaviours and specs around features and capabilities.

You will design, iterate, measure — prototyping and testing with real users to guide our design process and to ensure what we build delivers real value.
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and agile product manager who knows how to build successful MVPs and achieve product market fit
Passionate about the health and wellbeing of pets and are excited about our vision
3+ years of experience in product management at B2C or D2C tech companies
Proven track record in launching MVPs successfully and achieving product market fit
Comfort with the expectation that you are responsible for determining what to build and when.
A track record of validating ideas going from hypothesis to launch for a user-facing product
Experience of building solutions with the customer in mind, whilst balancing commercial concerns e.g. profitability / revenue.
Experience of conducting virtual discovery/ research calls with customers, users or prospects.
Data competency: an ability to use data to report on outcomes but also drive further user discovery.
A collaborative approach to working with your team e.g. Design, Tech Lead etc
Competent stakeholder management: Experience of managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
A willingness, and ability to adapt and refine working processes, to best suit your team, and the growth of the company.
Outstanding communication skillsExperience working with product tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma/Sketch, Webflow etc.

Ability to do low fidelity prototypes
