Product Manager – platforms

Attribute Group are proud to partner with a leading digital and eCommerce organisation who is on the lookout for a Product Manager on a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for driving strategy for internal tools to help uplift the foundational capability of the companies mobile apps.

Ideally you have platform, API or mobile app experience where you have built tools to support internal tech teams to improve their productivity and the developer/engineering experience.

A large part of this role will be working with stakeholders, getting them onboard with product strategy/roadmap and then delivering on that product.

What we are looking for:

Are you someone that can navigate an enterprise and knows the current best practice and methods, if so we are looking for:
Drive product strategy so that it can be used for planning a product roadmap
Strong understanding of internal platforms, APIs and/or mobile app
Build internal tools and platforms for developers and engineering teams to allow them to build first class apps
Excellent understanding of the importance of customer feedback, NPS, reviews and rating to ensure customer experience is improving
Use data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions, stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritisation
Experience and passion around the early stages of a product or major features
Experience in a digital business with a track record of improving the Customer Experience
Strong commercial understanding with Agile methodology for product development
Strong leadership skills as there will be an opportunity to mentor juniors
