Job Description : Job SummaryThe primary role of the Corporate Sales Manager will be to prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches in order to convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and provide the support that will continually improve the relationship.Qualification and ExperienceThe candidates must possess: A minimum experience: of 3+ years in sales in the education sector.A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration (Sales or Marketing)Professional communication skills: both written and verbalFluency in English and Hindi andGood written communication skillsKnowledge about the different competitive examsRoles and Responsibilities- The main duties of the Corporate Sales Manager would be as follows:Core Sales RelatedAnalysis of Data collected through Lead GenerationEvaluating Effectiveness of Online DataProviding feedback to the Digital Marketing Manager about the commerce quality of our online data.Conducting BTL activities to improve brand recognitionEstablishing a personal connection with the customers.Creating a sales pitch – and updating it on a regular basis as per requirementsSales conversion ratio: Improving the leads, to increase the sameTraining the Sales Staff on a regular basis for efficient and dedicated work and providing meaningful feedback and training to improve their performance.Creating result-oriented structures and work cultureMonitoring the interaction with prospective customers through different channels and mediums and bringing in interventions and innovations for better customer experience and effective information and service delivery.Supervision and monitoring of operational work to ensure effective implementation and process enhancement for the future.Client Acquisition and Retention RelatedMaintain a high degree of relationship for smooth execution of projects.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectationsIdentify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.Management and ResearchSubmit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management systems.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.Work with marketing staff to ensure that marketing activities are completed in a timely manner.Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company’s performance.Work LocationLucknow, UPJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Hindi (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
