Job Description
Reporting to the CFO.
Responsible for coordinating and managing daily project activities
Project work to support group restructuring and possible IPO
Financial support for possible acquisitions
Collecting data, preparing and analysing reports, dealing with legal, accounting and tax advisors
Providing daily/weekly updates of projects in progress
Attending senior project meetings, providing updates, assisting with relevant support, tackling action items as required
Involvement in implementation of Oracle Netsuite ERP within EMEA, USA and APAC
Month-end closing activities for Optoma Holding
Compliance and tax reporting
Assisting CFO and other members of the project and senior management team

Candidate Specification
Qualifications / Experience
Qualified accountant
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
Commercial experience
IPO or working for a listed company

Skills
Well organised
Ability to use own initiative
High energy and drive for results
