Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION: – PROJECT COORDINATOR – ELV (FEMALE)The ELV coordinator is a core member of the engineering team, she is responsible for delivering all the project engineering documentation during the project life cycle, through managing a team of Draughtsman, Preparing Shop drawing and Material Submittal logs, Issuing RFI, and attending all technical, progress meeting with the head of engineering and Project Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES: -Understand clearly the Scope of work of the project from an engineering perspectivePrepare Project Logs including Shop-drawing, Material submittal logsPrepare engineering ScheduleManage a team of draughtsman/architects to ensure the progress of the work as per the proposed scheduleObtain Approvals on all drawingsCoordinate with the project manager and ensure all the team is continuously updated on the progress of the workPrepare engineering minutes of meetingMaintain the quality of the submitted documents as per internal QA/QC PolicyCoordinate and manage communication with the different stakeholders in the projectCoordinate internally and act as an interface between Pre-sales Team and the project stakeholders during Material submittal approvalsCoordinate with the installation team for the preparation of installation drawingAttend all progress meetings and technical workshopsNotify of any technical discrepancy between Tender proposal and submitted engineering documentsIdentify, Notify and prepare required documents for variation in the project in coordination with the project manager, Finance and procurement TeamREQUIREMENTS: -A degree in Engineering is a must, Master’s is a plusExperience 3-5 years in Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction/EPC/Corporate Fit-out/Interior Designing IndustryMust have good knowledge about various ELV equipment like CCTVs, FAS, PAS, ACS, etc.Software skills: AutoCAD – Photoshop – 3Ds Max, etc.Good with MS – Office tools and documentationGreat sense of creativityStrong communication, presentation and leadership skillsMultitask to deal with competing demandsCan handle clients effectivelyGood in time managementAbility to manage, coordinate & inspire teamMust have experience in Commercial ProjectsWHY BMI?BMI is one of “India’s fastest infrastructure company”, serving top companies of India.
