Job Description : Purchase Ledger Controller – Grantham – up to £25k & study support & benefitsAs Group Purchase Ledger Controller, you will be there to support the Group Financial Controller, administering and managing the purchase ledger for the Group. Fully responsible for the Purchase Ledger for the business. Study support and progression to Group Purchase Ledger Manager may be available for the right candidate.Role: Purchase Ledger ControllerProcess invoices in a timely manner.Process weekly and monthly paymentsCo-ordinate with department managersReconcile supplier statementsCreate and import monthly accrualsAdministration of the purchase ordering systemLiaising with the CEO & directors on a regular basisDealing with supplier queriesIdeal Candidate: Minimum 3 years Purchase Ledger experienceHave experience in Accounting, Sage 200, MS Office – ExcelHave a good telephone mannerAccuracyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:purchase ledger: 1 year (required)Controllers: 1 year (preferred)
