Job Description : PYTHON DJANGO TRAINER – Job SummaryWe, XPLORE IT CORP a leading IT Educational Institution, are looking for an experienced trainers in PYTHON OR JAVA to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as study materials and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve students training and performance. The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AND APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE SKILLS AND WILLINGNESS TO WORK AS A TRAINEREligibility Criteria· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, information technology, or any related field.· Course completion in PYTHON OR JAVA is a plus.· Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position is an added advantage.· Proficient technical and programming skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.· Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.· Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals.· Strong batch management skills with the ability to supervise multiple batches· Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management· Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.· Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:WE FOLLOW ALL THE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLSEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 24/03/2022Expected Start Date: 22/03/2022
