We are currently seeking a Quality and Performance Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Performance Test Engineer

Skill Set Required:

Load Runner, Jmeter, AppDynamics, Dynatrace and performance architecture design

Experience:

3 to 7 Years

Job Description:

3 to 7 Years of Relevant Experience in Performance Testing.
Proficient in load testing tools like Load Runner (Multiple Protocol), JMeter
Manage for planning and creating automated performance tests based on current client usage and future usage, executing tests, and results to measure performance, scalability, stability and reliability.
Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management.
Experience in Application Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics & Dynatrace.
Hands-on experience in writing and executing performance test scenarios for complex systems
Hands-on experience with performance test simulations, performance analysis, performance tuning, performance monitoring in a n-tier environment
Perform analysis of performance issues in Pre-production and/or Production environments in cloud and/or on-premise environments
Hands- on experience in analysing the performance results and report the findings. Capture/analyse /interpret technical data – performance metrics from application, database, OS, and Network
Keen eye for performance, security and scalability aspects of the application
Demonstrated ability to capture key metrics, create accurate status reports and effectively communicate to the leadership teams and shake holders
Hands-on experience in defect logging, tracking and verifying defects
Experience in performance diagnostics, capacity planning, and performance architecture design
Experience in Cloud (AWS / Azure) environment, Docker, Kubernetes.
Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow-up with Development and other cross-functional teams.
Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection to verify the performance of the applications.
Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
Generate performance graphs, session reports, and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.
Good understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning and common issues around performance and scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.

Preferred:

ISTQB/CSTE/ Performance Testing Certifications
Experience in working with agile setup
Experience working in cross functional teams
Working knowledge of test management tools like ALM/ Jira /Visual Studio Test Manager etc
