Job Description : Work Experience: 3+ years in Radio Access Network architecture, interfaces, configuration, and integration
Responsibilities:
Innominds Connected Devices and Product Platform (CDPP) group in Bengaluru involved in wireless product design and development is looking for a RAN Software Engineer to work on open air interface 5G Private Network RAN architecture and integration of wireless user equipment and core network to establish an end-to-end communication link. As a member of wireless systems team, the candidate will be involved in configuring, integrating Open Air Interface software and testing of private network components. Actively participate in validating different network components performance, root cause analysis of failures observed during system functional validation and work closely with our user equipment hardware and software teams.
Skills/Experience:
Understanding of end-to-end solutions for 4G/5G network architecture across Core, Edge, RAN, Transport, Virtual/Cloud environment, and orchestration platforms is essential.
Understanding of O-RAN architecture, Interfaces and disaggregation will be a plus.
Familiar with communication interfaces – Ethernet / TCP/IP / UDP / SNMP / XML.
Should have good knowledge on RAN protocol and interfaces: CPRI, e-CPRI Protocols, F1 interface (DU to CU), S1 interface (BBU to EPC), and CU E1 interface.
Familiar with 3GPP RAN and O-RAN specifications and functionality.
Familiar with Open Air interface for 5G Private Network.
Excellent Log analysis and debugging skills.
Must be strong in C/C++ Programming and Linux OS.
Good to have experience of Git.
Experience in using Communication Tester R&S(CMW500)/Anritsu/Keysight for RF performance verification and validation.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with First Class
