Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven React UI Developer and Engineer to help us build out our roadmap of totally awesome software as a service platform. The person should be a motivated self-starter who is passionate about building high-quality code, finding innovative and cutting-edge solutions to some tough problems, and constantly delighting our customers.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries.Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM.Soft Skills: Competence to translate business needs into technical requirements.Open-minded team player, willing to accept feedback and offer suggestions.Good time management, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Capability to write crisp and clear code based on guidelines and best practices.Willingness to learn modern-day tools and processes.Good problem-solving, troubleshooting skills.Creativity and accountability.Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s (B TECH, M TECH, /BCA, MCA, /PGDCA, ETC )Solid 4-8 years of experience working with reactWorking remotely & at the office location, while collaborating with global teams for deliveryacross geographies.
