Job Description : Australian media company is looking for a React native Engineer for a 6+ months contract. As part of their transformation 18 Months ago they decided to bring their Digital Products in house after years of using external partners to build them.

The entire stack is JavaScript. Using React Native for mobile apps, Next.js for the websites and Node for API services. Its a serverless ecosystem with a variety of serverless services and micro-services.

Some of the problems and features you will help solve

Improve core audio playback features in our mobile apps
Work with CarPlay and Android Auto to ensure parity with mobile app
Implement additional AWS features using the Amplify framework (Push Notifications, Personalisation, Pub/Sub)
Integrate native OS features with our React Native apps (Widgets, SiriKit, MusicKit)
