Job Description : Designation: ReceptionistLocation: Mogappair, ChennaiSalary: 12,000-15,000 per monthEducation: Any degreeOthers requisites: Good communication, Team Management, Time ManagementSHOULD BE FLEXIBLE & WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTExperience: Fresher/ExperiencedRoles & Responsibilities:· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times· Welcomes visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.· Notifies concerned staff or department of visitor arrival.· Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations· Answering all internal and external calls.· Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors and of calls received· Handle incoming and outgoing mail· Maintains calls, visitors, couriers and vehicle log books appropriately· Making system entry of all data and log books· Maintain the general office filing system· Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed· Prepare bills and take payments· Collection and entry of bills, vouchers etc.· Scheduling appointments.· Preparing meeting and training rooms when necessary· Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, like computer, printer etc.· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.· Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTSJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Life insuranceSchedule:Rotational shiftShift availability:Night Shift (Required)Day Shift (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
