Job Description : Are you interested in how market demands in APAC & China behaves & evolves?
Apply your demand management experience and knowledge in order to build outstanding analysis and support the LEGO Group in decision making about markets.
Core Responsibilities
Support the Business Units in ensuring operational excellence in key metrics such as Launch and Promotion Adherence, Instocks and Service (towards Customers)
Optimize demand/supply balancing in the operational horizon (up to six months) via in-depth analysis on weekly demand trends and corresponding supply imbalances.
Work closely with BUs on topline management within operational horizon and ensuring the sync up end-to-end across Supply Chain
Bring visibility and analysis on business risks and opportunities via performance analysis to facilitate decision-making
Driving governance of Regional Demand Management tools and processes to ensure coherence
Translating business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases

This is done by driving cross-functional consensus across the operational horizon though collective processes and governance. As markets are at different maturity levels, You will need to show strong analytical mindset and influencing skills to both manage both regional and local BU market needs.
Do you have what it takes?
More than 5 years experience, with degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management, business or a related field preferred.
Tertiary qualifications in project management, such as ones from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or supply chain/operations certification, such as APICS or CPIM, are preferred.
More than 5 years of work experience in demand and supply management in FMCG industry, with good understanding of retail, planning and stock management strategies
Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across end-to-end value chain.
Analytical mindset (qualitative/quantitative) with ability to identify risk and opportunities and proactively put in place rectifying measures
Govern regional processes and initiatives with markets, while bringing constructive view points to drive change & solutions in collaboration with markets.
Experienced using IT as an enabler for increased performance, working with Power BI, SAP, Advanced Excel & other digital tools.
Takes initiative and proactive in driving continuous improvement
Team player who support and enable team members development
Thrives in a role that is dynamic and where changes are seen as opportunities and a natural part of a growing business. Does not settle with leaving things half done and have a curious mindset outside own functional area
