Must have managerial experience within nursing home and have valid pin in UKRequirement: 1. Must be RMN or RGN with dementia experience, experienced registered manager2. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels3. Interest with working in residential sector and also with residents.4. Satisfactory DBS and references will be required5. Able to work as a Team and be a Team player with every member of Staffs6. Understanding of CQC Regulation7. NVQ Level 48. Good Clinical skills9.
