Job Description : Job Overviewo To coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.Duties and Responsibilitieso Coordinate internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projectso Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgeto Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibilityo Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannero Develop a detailed project plan to track progresso Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costso Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progresso Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverableso Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executiono Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniqueso Report and escalate to management as neededo Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholderso Perform risk management to minimize project riskso Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation· Skills / Attributes Requiredo Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT industry and 5 to 8 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and executiono Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managerso Knowledge of some or all of the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET(MVC), JavaScript, Jquery, Angular, Node, HTML/DHTML, XML, T-SQL, SQL Server, MySQLo Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sectoro Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologieso Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillso Experience in Agile teamso Proven leadership skillso Experience seeing projects through the full life cycleo Excellent analytical skillso Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulo Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineo Proven ability to solve problems creativelyo Excellent written and verbal communication skillso Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillso Strong familiarity with project management software tools ProjectManager.com, JIRA, TRELLO etc., and best practiceso PMP / PRINCE II certification preferredWhat you will get: Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratLead the teamExtensive opportunities for growth and professional development thanks to our mentoring systemWork friendly atmosphereExcellent compensationsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
