Job Description : We are looking for a Professional Ruby on Rails Web Application Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team of exceptional developers working in a fast-paced environment to deliver world class software.Ultimately, you will contribute in all phases of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment.Responsibilities: Write clean, maintainable and efficient codeBuild back-end components for web applicationsTest applications for performance, responsiveness and securityReview and debug junior developers’ codeIntegrate data storage and data processing solutionsBuild, install and share gems and pluginsCreate automated test scriptsImprove and maintain applications after deploymentCoordinate with team members who work on different layers of infrastructureDesign robust, scalable and secure featuresContribute in all phases of the development lifecycleFollow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into designRequirements: Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer and / or other web application stackProven work experience in software developmentDemonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQueryExperience developing highly interactive applicationsStrong understanding of data structures and algorithmsA firm grasp of object oriented analysis and designPassion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient codeGood knowledge of relational databasesWorking knowledge of NoSQL databasesInterest and basic knowledge of mathematical problems, statisticsSomeone who can independently conceive, design and deliver a product that is meaningful, relevant, intuitive and solves the customer problem in an effective mannerBE / B Tech / M Tech from Tier 1 colleges in Computer Science EngineeringJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Ruby on Rails App Developer: 3 years (Required)
