Key Responsibilities:
As a part of the Demand Gen team, you’ll review the incoming leads – from CXOs to Growth Leads to Marketing Managers, classify them and setup the first conversation
Keep the conversations on via email / linkedin/calls/whatsapp – as appropriate and necessary, do your research and keep the client engaged.
Understand the client’s needs and provide guidance about the fitment of our solution, point them to demos / conduct a live product tour and answer questions
Establish Credibility / Rapport and cultivate relationships via ongoing conversations – for whenever they’re ready to consider the solution
Help Clients with business cases, collaterals, and other hand-holding that may help them fast-track their review process
Maintain Customer Data with Classification and Status in Salesforce, Outreach or other CRM tools.
Pass on qualified clients who’re interested in going deeper and have a commercial conversation over to the Sales Team
Ultimately hold the responsibility of maintaining the inbound demand funnel.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in / Business Development / Sales Development in a SaaS company. Martech is bonus
You enjoy building a network and helping clients solve business problems via technology solutions
Strong Communication Skills are a must.
If you’re well read and keep constant track of what’s going on in the martech industry, it would help matters
If you’re an active networker on Linkedin and are investing in your personal branding consciously, it helps
Hands-on experience on prospecting tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach, Klenty, Clearbit, any other tool you feel is beneficial to your day-to-day task
Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
