Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Result-driven and ensure the accurate invoicing of customers and the collection of payments on behalf of the company
Manage the company accounts receivables balances and manage debt
Supervise 2 onsite Credit Controllers & several offshore Credit Controllers, Cash Allocators & Invoicing team (based in India)
Work closely with finance operation teams in setting AR policies and management of offshore support team (WNS)
Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
Provide regular updates to various stakeholders, including sales team, Media finance (FDs, FCs and accountants) and treasury
Lead the monthly AR calls for each business unit.
Participate in month end/quarter end close. Provide detailed analysis for Bad debt provision and AR analysis
Ad hoc reports for users, senior management and presentations.
Training and mentoring of staff members in the department.
Manage the day to day running of the administration process for withholding tax system.
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
Occasional travel to outsource partners in India
Key Results Areas
Reduce the Accounts Receivables balance to meet targets
Ensure the sales administration process is running smoothly from deal entry to the collection of monies
Manage the team to ensure they work to a high standard and meet the business requirements.
Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
High IT competency; knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes – particularly excel.
Experience with SAP system or a similar ERP.
Management experience.
Accounts Receivable management background.
Desirable
Experience in administrational and customer facing roles
Experience in entry and data capture systems
Knowledge of finance systems and software beneficial

This is a permanent position.
This role is based at Chiswick Park.
Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
