Job Description : Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for development and implementing solutions using Salesforce.com. The candidate will establish best practices and guidelines for the development team to implement solutions that solve business problems. The position is part of the Digital Sales and Customer Care team focused on providing continuous innovations and enhancements to the Company’s sales, marketing and service teams. The individual will have the opportunity to build integrated solutions on Salesforce.com sales cloud, service cloud, and other related offerings. The individual will liaison with technical architects and development teams to convert technical strategies and roadmaps into robust world-class solutions.

In this position, you need to:
Have proven record of working experience in Salesforce development
Actively participate and work with business teams to understand and document business and technical requirements for salesforce.com feature implementations
Design and develop customizations, enhancements and services based on the requirements on Salesforce.com including Sales, Service and Community cloud application
Write and execute unit tests cases for the developed functionalities
Support system testing and UAT, prepare technical documentation, demos to stakeholders
Report your progress on daily stand-up and flag the challenges
Research Salesforce.com capabilities on building new features and come up with smarter solutions
Demonstrated ability in automating manual unit/functional testing and helping create a continuous integration pipeline.
Experience in Lightning, Einstein Analytics and B2B Salesforce features strongly preferred.
Facilitate operations meetings, providing updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests

Key skills and experience:
Strong development experience and understanding on the different module of Salesforce like Sales, Service
5-7 years of experience Salesforce development experience using Apex and Visualforce
Candidate should have Strong Experience with Lightning Web component, Visualforce page, Apex Triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Java-script
Ability to write in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and leverage popular Web UI frameworks within Visualforce pages or Lightning components.
Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex coding
Must have sound implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports and dashboards
Very good experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST Services
Knowledge of data migration, integration tools and methodologies, APIs & Web Services
Experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API
Experience using Apex Data Loader with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, stored procedures is essential
Experience Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages
Proficiency with development tools, including Eclipse IDE, Git, etc…
SFDC Certification desired (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Certified Platform Developer II)
Experience in Pardot and Einstein Analytics is a mandate
Knowledge of SalesforceDX is a plus
Implementation knowledge about DevOps capabilities and prior experience with continuous integration and deployment for Salesforce projects (CI/CD, Docker, deployment pipelines) is desired.
Experience in delivering software projects using Agile methodology
Experience with project issue and tracking tools such as JIRA

Academic qualifications and Experience
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering and 5-7 years of IT experience
Multi-level Salesforce or technology certifications are desired.
An effective communicator with fluency in English
