Job Description : About Process

As part of the Salesforce process, our team is responsible for the below activities

1. Enhancement of new Salesforce features

2. Data loading using Salesforce dataloader

3. User Support activities

4. Data maintenance activities
Salesforce Developer’s role is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. The candidate will be responsible for design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The candidate Developer will be in charge of design, development, testing, and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Range
Candidate’s main responsibility includes Administering of Salesforce application using Salesforce features like Objects, workflows, Validation rules, flows and process builders and ensuring that the Business specific changes are deployed to PROD on a periodic basis.
Perform customization using Apex class and Triggers on Salesforce.com platform.
Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
Writing SoQL queries as and when required.
Interacting with Business, understanding Business requirement, collaborating with Boston counterparts and managing the ongoing Business support and deployment activities will also be one of the key function that the candidate will participate in.
Assignments will be team-oriented making communication and collaboration skills as important as technical skills.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Expertise in Visual Force, Apex, and Web Services usage on Salesforce.com platform; experience minimum of 3 to 5 years.
Must have collaborative skills; take direction from project leads with flexibility and sense of urgency.
Candidates should also have demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce data loaders.
Should be able to hit ground running and mix well with both IT and end-user business teams.
Assignments will be team-oriented making communication and collaboration skills as important as technical skills.
Should have interest and flexibility in learning different areas both in technical & functional based on the project requirements.
Must have strong interpersonal skills that foster close collaboration with various partners throughout the business and technology teams.
