Get to know the Role
Reporting to Lead Solution Specialist / Architect, Salesforce this role plays a critical role in Salesforce Solution Design and leads a team of Business analysts and Solution architects with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. The candidate will need a strong techno-functional (70-30 ratio) background in Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud modules. Experienced leaders who have led Salesforce solutions for global organizations should apply here.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Must have at least 7 years (at least 5+ years of Salesforce experience) of strong hands-on experience with all Out Of Box capabilities offered by the Salesforce platform and must have solid hands-on experience in large-scale SFDC applications.
Drive stakeholder engagement together with Business Partners, to identify technology capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives, that reflect the business strategies and goals.
Manage discussions with various levels of customer’s business stakeholders.
Must have strong solution design and architecture experience in the Salesforce platform and lead the discussions, presentations and training(s) with all project stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
Provide a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
Must possess strong knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Web Service Integrations using REST API,SOAP API, Authentication mechanisms, Handling Large Data Volumes, Shield Platform, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, VF Pages, Communities, Security aspects of Salesforce applications and fundamentals in Cyber security.
Good experience in CI/CD platforms, statistical code analysis tools and deployment activities like Gitlab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool, etc.
Excellent Troubleshooting experience and problem-solving with Salesforce (debugging issues with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows / Processes, Lightning page performance, SOQL performance, API integrations and so on).
Good exposure to Agile methodologies and strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages and concepts.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, pick up new skills quickly, and propose highly innovative solutions to a problem you have never seen before.
Ability to identify bottleneck issues in systems/designs and propose innovative solutions to solve them.
The Must-Haves
Strong knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Web Services, Shield Platform, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, VF Pages, Communities, Security aspects of Salesforce applications.
Strong solution design and architecture experience in the Salesforce platform.
Good experience in CI/CD platforms, statistical code analysis tools and deployment activities like Gitlab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting experience and problem-solving with Salesforce (debugging issues with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows / Processes, Lightning page performance, SOQL performance, API integrations and so on).
Strong business acumen and lead the solution design solution discussions & presentations with business stakeholders and project team.
The Nice-to-Haves
Salesforce certified Application or System Architect will be an added advantage.
Experience working with marketing cloud, pardot and AppExchange (Conga, Adobe Sign)
