The Director of Channel Development – ISV/SolEx for the APJ (Asia-Pacific & Japan) region will join SAP Concur’s Cloud Channel Sales team and will be responsible for driving success of ISV strategy and business attainment across the assigned region. Reporting to the Head of Global ISV & SolEx Channels, this individual will work closely with global and regional business development, channel marketing, sales teams as well as product and alliance teams throughout the organization
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional ISV/SolEx business activities
Assess local markets to identify and recruit local and regional partners to join the App Center based on the partner’s differentiation, opportunity to sell and ability to execute
Support regional ISV partner progression as appropriate, from App Center to Endorsed Apps to SolEx
Gather local ISV partner requests, communicate and prioritize with global ISV/SolEx team, track and keep regional CCS team updated
Provide support (including discount, Demo, solution, implementation, etc,) to regional teams to meet ARR goals
Act as the voice of the region and the point of escalation for regional SolEx and App Center issues
Gather SolEx pricing, function, service, support etc. feedback from PBMs to global SolEx team and partners
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA Preferred
10+ years of Business Development, Partner Management, Sales Leadership
Highly developed communication and leadership skills
Sales and Operational capability, with the ability to analyze business performance
Able to operate in complex matrix environment
Strong value system for building trust, alignment and engagement across the organization
