Hone your accountancy and people skills to become a valued business adviser.You will: Manage a portfolio of clients and advise on all aspects of their business to help them grow, reduce tax and plan for the futureAttend client meetings to review performance and set targetsReview work for Juniors and assist with training and developmentWin new clients and build strong relationships with existing clientsManage all aspects of the client relationship including, quoting, agreeing services and payment method, invoicing and annual engagement renewalProduce and report on Management and Annual Accounts, Forecasts and Performance reports for clientsProvide Xero training and support on a range of digital solutions to clientsReport to the Directors on your portfolio performance and internal targets setComplete related admin tasks as requiredSkills and Experience required: You will have significant practice experience and exceptional communication and technical skills.You will be AAT/ATT L4, CIMA qualified or ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualifiedXero Adviser Certification is preferred, although other cloud accounting experience will also be considered.If you’re ready for the next step in your career, working for a leading Accountancy practice, with a great culture to match apply now!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Screening procedures for staff and visitors.
