Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance of existing, as well as development of new ETL pipelinesImplement processes to ensure data quality and integrity across data sourcesWork with partners (BU and regional) to tweak existing dashboards and create new visualizations as neededCombine data across different data sources to provide support for adhoc requests for data & analyticsExecute relevant data analysis for business-as-usual and specific LEGO campaigns (e.g. holidays, product releases, etc.) across a range of eCommerce partner sitesDefine and uphold standards and processes for analysis & reporting, including creation of critical metric dashboards

We have established a new team to elevate our ecommerce-related activities regionally and power up our capabilities. Together with our global functions, this team designs, delivers, and scales activities across the shopper funnel to support the marketing strategy defined with our regional marketing team. Our future growth plans are highly related to lifting our e-commerce and omnichannel strategy and execution with our B2B customers. This role is a key contributor in bringing insights and clarity to the group, speeding up decision making agility.
Do you have what it takes?Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, business, computer science or engineering or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus3+ years experience in eCommerce/digital analytics or equivalent experienceProven track record to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, develop stories, build strategies and make recommendations to business and technical leadersProven expertise in data manipulation, test design, and analyticsDeep proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)Preferred experience using programming languages for analytics (e.g. Python, R)Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skillsFamiliarity with marketing and business metrics; experienced in the design, development and preparation of business presentations and reports
