Product Marketing Manager would be required to lead product marketing for two of Practo’s highest grossing products to clinics and hospitals. S/he would own end to end marketing of all of Practo’s B2B products.
Responsibilities would include
Understand needs of various business segments to formulate a robust communication strategy
Formulate and execute B2B acquisition campaigns for the various products and segments, along with the sales team
Work closely with various teams ranging from digital marketing, agency, product and sales teams to meet business goals
Ideate, formulate, manage and improve various B2B acquisition campaigns across various media
Track effectiveness of various campaigns and media
Formulate and execute effective communication loops that ensure high product usage and experience
Create programmes or campaigns to ensure retention
Co-create features and product offerings with product and sales, that help shape the value proposition to healthcare businesses
Must have’s
Good understanding of digital marketing
Good understanding of B2B marketing
Strong understanding of lead generation and management
Ability to thrive in little chaos and bring order to it
Ability to lead teams through influence
