Job Description : Epsilon is seeking a Senior BSA, responsible for leading client engagements and Business and solution /functional requirements to deliver Industry leading content marketing solutions for our clients. The Senior BSA will serve as liaison between the client and delivery teams in context of business needs and functional requirements and solution implementation.
Essential Functions
Products / Solutions
Lead requirements to build Digital Consumer experiences using industry’s leading Content Management Solutions like Adobe’s AEM, Sitecore, Crownpeak etc.
Consult and guide client business teams and development teams in implementation of product capabilities and features multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.
Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes and broad understanding of entire Martech stack.
Should be able to map requirements with features supported by CMS like AEM, Site Core
Able to drive discussion for integrations between CMS and other Martech solutions- data platforms, campaign solutions, messaging solutions
Business Analysis
Should be able to participate in Consulting/Discovery phases in large Website development project and own the following activities
Work closely with Creative teams and ensure that UX is in alignment with the requirements
Employs consulting and best practices of software development methodologies to guide business analysis activities.
Works with clients to discover, analyze and document client business requirements, and translating those needs into matured process and system solution designs.
Helps with the creation of the business requirement documents (BRD) and writes high quality functional specification (FSD) catering to the solution offered to the client teams.
Serve as a liaison between developers and users, clients and companies, and management and IT.
Support testing team during the testing phase through review of test plans and test cases and perform functional testing, when required.
Expertise in interacting and driving conversations with senior leadership, external partners and in client facing engagements; Manages the expectations of business owners, subject matter experts and key stakeholders
Anchor requirements workshops and client meetings to create business, Functional and Non-Functional scope documents and prioritize work based on business needs and project demands and for self and project stakeholders
Exposure to change transformation and digital transformation, product management practices and modern ways of working
Expert in conducting stakeholder interviews by creating meeting agendas, scheduling meetings, creating discussion guides, in-meeting facilitation and follow-up.
Elicitation and collaboration of requirements through facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes and risks.
Candidate should be proactive, a quick learner and be able to deal with ambiguity and drive towards clarity
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written and experience presenting in front of groups
Excellent client communication and facilitating skills, ability to influence others and gain consensus, and team collaboration (involving sensitive / political topics that will require some careful positioning and communication)
Agile / Project Management
Agile (Scrum preferred) project experience translating customer needs into business requirements (Features/Stories).
Lead and support product backlog definition, user story creation, sprint review and retrospective.
In-depth understanding of SDLC and Agile development and agile practices
Experience leading stand ups and scrum meetings and to scale up on-demand working in the capacity as a Product owner and Scrum master.
Work with Project Manager to create requirements backlog and sprint plan
Ensures high client satisfaction with change management planning, communication, execution and service
Identifies, tracks, follows up and assists in resolving project issues and risks and communicates to the Project lead and team.
Competency
Shares knowledge and presents to peers and other project teams on business domain, product domain
Understands and adheres to the established documentation quality standards for our businesses and clients
Qualifications
Requires overall experience 5-9 years of with at least 2-5 years in client facing roles
Extensive experience building BRD, User Story and FSD docs
Bachelor or master’s degree preferred. MBA from a reputed Business School with Marketing specialization (Also Non-MBA, with exceptional communication skills)
Knowledge & Skills
Able to lead effective client and requirement meetings and drive successful outcomes
Able to assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders, and select a course of action
Able to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g., Business requirement document, Functional Specification document, requirement traceability, site map, customer journey, persona development, Context models, Domain Models, Gap Analysis, Process flows etc.)
Able to create and update specs/documents and assess completeness of requirements information received.
Able to properly interpret customer needs, and translate into understandable written requirements
Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and often changing environment.
Takes on new tasks with minimal instruction and works well in a team environment.
Excellent drive and initiative, and sense of personal accountability
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
Openness to travel and work at client offices
Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have
Exposure to web development projects, websites, E-commerce and data management platforms
Understanding of CRM, Loyalty and Data warehouse concepts.
Knowledge of any of the following domains Retail / BFSI /CPG/ Pharma / Healthcare would be a plus
Experience in working with Agencies during UX definition phase is a plus.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and non-iterative) and creation of defined artifacts
Independently led requirement discussions, led workshop with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
Articulate and presented requirement walkthrough.
