Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
Grow developer advocacy through operational efficiency and accelerating the development of Code Patterns that help support ISV the build motion.

What you’ll do:
Ability to design, implement, document, and operate Cloud Native applications across multiple clouds
Ability to install and drive Enterprise Grade Software Engineering, CI/CD, and Cloud Native Best Practices within team
Ability to lead daily scrums, or regular scrum of scrum meetings
Effectively lead teams through weekly code reviews, mentoring members and striving to develop Enterprise quality code
Ability to capture Enterprise system technologies and create articles, tutorials, workshops, and videos explaining concepts
Ability to effectively work across multiple technical teams and customers and geographies, gathering and clarifying technical requirements
Passion for learning, experimenting, and implementing new frontend and backend technologies
Ability to understand and learn new technologies quickly
Must exhibit excellent written and verbal English communication skills
BS in Software Engineering or comparable field of study
Risk Management and Mitigation
Resource Staffing Plans.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

12+ years of experience
Experience in developing cloud native applications using Microservices, Containers, and Kubernetes
Software Development experience in Java, Node.JS, React, or Go
Experience in operating cloud infrastructure in AWS, IBM, or Azure
Experience with MySql, MongDB, and/or Cassandra DBs
Experience in configuring/operating Kubernetes
Experience in developing Microserves
Experience with Docker/Containers
Experience with Agile development methodologies across multi-disciplinary teams
Experience in designing Cloud Native Architectures
Experience using/configuring CI/CD tooling and processes
Experience using Github, GitOps, and branching strategies
Experience managing complex projects, including scope analysis, commitment and dependency tracking, managing issues and risk mitigation
Experience in building Proof of Concepts
Experience with QA
Experience with Test Driven Design.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with OpenShift a plus
Experience as a Full Stack Developer a plus
Experience with Cloud Architecture and Design as well as ability and background, to support Cloud Deployments a plus
Experience with Test Driven Development a plus
