Senior Consultant – ITAM – Software Asset Management
Responsibility:
In-depth knowledge of Software and Hardware Asset Management process and procedures implementation
In-depth knowledge of optimization and control of software & hardware lifecycle
Experience in cooperation and contacts with asset vendors (software & hardware)
In-depth knowledge of FlexNet Manager Suite Admin or similar product
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Admin and Service Asset and Configuration Management
Experience in working directly with customer
Ability to support multiple business needs at once and work with little oversight
Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude
Capability to read and write technical documentation
Ability to work well in a team
High motivation to self-development
Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills
Fluent English
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM technology in plus
