Role: Senior Copy Writer
Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ Pune

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, Brand & Design Team to understand the product & develop a variety of content marketing materials to drive user education and influence user behavior Work with channel manager and the creative to ensure that the right messaging is communicated on the right channel across – Digital Marketing & CRM Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines Propose copy concepts to A/B test pitches.
Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements Understanding of basic analytics to evaluate success of a campaign
Generate insights on different user types and customise content strategy according to user types
Requirements to be successful in this role: Bachelor’s degree & 4-5 years’ experience in marketing or communications Demonstrated success in managing a business’ communications across Push notifications, SMS, IVR, Whatsapp, In-app cards, Facebook Ads, Google UAC etc.
Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
