Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1)Knowledge in ECU Components (Inputs / outputs / sensors etc)
2) Experience in Switched Mode Power Supplies and onboard/off-board charger. (DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-DC).
3) Knowledge in hardware design with MOSFETs, IGBT, and associated gate drivers.
4) Excellent at fundamentals in power electronics and high-frequency magnetic design and Good knowledge of Analog and digital electronics.
5) Knowledge of TINA/LTspice/MATLAB/Python scripting
6) Technical knowledge in working with micro-controllers for Power Electronics applications (C2000, RH850, and AURIX).
7) Knowledge of EMI/EMC, IP, shock and vibration regulations/standards (AIS, CISPR, IEC/EN, ISO, etc.).
8) Working knowledge in MS Office and good at documentation.
9)Should have experience of automotive communication protocols (CAN, XCP,CCP, UDS etc), and usage of communication and diagnostic tools. (INCA, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANDiva etc)
10) Should have a knowledge on D-FMEA, Design Reviews, Root cause analysis
11) Testing and verification of the system functionalities in vehicle and bench setups
12) Discussion with the suppliers on the issue and identifying the root cause and solving the problems along with the suppliers.

4 to 9 Years

Industry Preferred
Qualifications

Btech/Mtech in Mechatronics, Power electronics, Electrical and Electronics
