To be successful you will need:
Translate application requirement/storyboards/use cases into functional applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with documentation
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Follow the Project Defined Process, Organizational Standards and Policies
Regular Progress Updates to Reporting Manager
Interact with team, peer review, fix peer reported issues
Communication with Stakeholders
Financial services experience or Asset Management experience would be highly desirable
Skills
Skillsets we are looking for:
Strong in Core Java
Good working experience in Spring Framework
Excellent understanding of object-oriented principles and programming
Skill for writing reusable libraries
Experience in working on major Databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
Experience with popular web application frameworks/libraries Angular JS, React JS, jQuery, Bootstrap
Working knowledge on any of the major O-R Mappin tools like Hibernate, iBatis, TopLink etc
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Skill of writing clean, readable, commented and easily maintainable code
