Job Description : Job Description: Identifying hardware and software solutions.Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults.Resolving network issues.Installing and configuring hardware and software.Should be in a position to manage multiple cases at the same time. Speaking to employees to quickly get to the root of their problem. Ensuring that the issue is resolved and closed.Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Testing and evaluating new technologies.Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.Candidate requirements: Prior experience of 3-5 yrs in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.Looking for candidates who live on the Harbour Line.Degree in computer science or information technology will be preferredProficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.Experience with remote desktop applications.Excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal communication.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Life insuranceSchedule:Fixed shiftMonday to FridayExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
