Job Description : Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Management projects and tasks related to various clients
Meet or exceed all the SLAs and targets for the process
Communicate timely and proactively to the Test Lead and onshore stakeholders
Follow standard procedures of the process
Drive process improvements, adding value to the ongoing delivery
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts.
Skills Required:
Knowledge and Skills:
Testing background with understanding on application and web testing.
Write and execute test scenarios
Understanding of black box testing and manual testing
Intermediate SQL and programming fundamentals
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written English communication skills
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Access
Familiar with Implementation Lifecycle
Define Benefits domain knowledge (preferred)
Behavioral Competencies:

Education:
Any Graduate
