Job Description : ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global Digital and Growth Marketing team lead digital marketing across Nielsen. We partner with our commercial stakeholders to protect and build the reputation of Nielsen’s brand and support the highest value revenue opportunities. We do this by clear and creative marketing and communications campaigns that engage and educate our external audiences. We generate commercial leads; help tell smart stories and create demand for our products and services.
We are looking for someone with a very strong digital marketing background, ideally in Salesforce and Pardot with a razor-sharp focus on results. We are executing campaigns across our international markets and need someone who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in building and running campaigns. Our focus is to grow this team in 2022 and develop a global delivery center that can provide support across our team, but the primary focus would be on our international markets.
You will be the engine behind our digital marketing efforts, responsible for designing and building the infrastructure that our campaigns are built off. You’ll be able to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks from constructing landing pages, building tracking UTMs, data uploads, basic graphic manipulation, report building and list creation. Whilst initially you’ll be a team of one, we have plans to scale this team in 2022 and beyond so experience in building and managing a team is key.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and execute engaging email marketing campaigns across the business working with our Salesforce and Pardot systems keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring ongoing efficiency and performance. All with the goal of supporting sales pipeline and lead generation objectives.
Build landing pages in Pardot that support a user journey through the funnel with A/B testing and exploring creative options to maximize conversions
Construct engagement studios that allow for automated nurturing and follow up processes, allowing us to qualify leads.
Manage data upload and record updates through Salesforce and Pardot.
Make updates to our corporate website (WordPress) to support international teams with any necessary changes
Be the know it all when it comes to system and technology queries within our Marketing tech stack and able to offer guidance and support to local teams
Support new growth marketing initiatives and pilot programs as tools and resources become available.
Support lead routing and follow-up processes for campaigns and track programme performance working closely with commercial stakeholders.
Working with the Nielsen legal team to ensure regional privacy laws are followed and opt-in rules are managed across regions.
Leverage and optimise existing frameworks to track and report campaign-level performance
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in B2B Marketing, Advertising, or related business function; including people management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience within B2B marketing for a global company and experience in international markets
A digital native with a strong technical understanding of marketing automation technology and tools, with direct experience of implementing complex multi-stage automated campaigns. Experience having worked with Pardot technology and be a confident user of Salesforce.
A proactive, goal-oriented team player able to work independently and collectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic design software experience to facilitate graphic manipulation (desirable)
Strong Microsoft office skills with a focus on data manipulation in Excel
Strong relationship development skills capable of developing, maintaining, and growing internal and external strategic relationships across partners and functions.
A team leader capable of building, leading and growing high performing teams.
Data driven, analytical, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Energetic, passionate, with an appetite to grow.
