Job Description
1. Main Purpose

This role will work on the Media agenda for Snacks category in the market and is responsible for traditional media & digital strategy, social listening, partnerships with platforms & programmatic media.

This role will work on the media agenda for Snacks category in the APAC markets and is responsible for traditional, digital strategy, social listening, partnerships with platforms, programmatic media
Partner with brand teams and agencies to develop campaign specific and Always-on calendar plans ensuring differentiated strategy, platform use, approach and KPIs by brand / target group / campaign objectiveEmbed social listening and real time performance data into brand activation planningMaintain a close working partnership with partners such as Facebook and Google to execute aligned JBPs & track performance
Partner with marketing teams & insights teams to demonstrate media performance across traditional and digital media and drive ROIWork with media agencies to execute ROI findings & monitor progressLead work with agency partners in ensuring the delivery of media KPIs across metrics on reach, frequency, cost, viewability, engagement, etc.Conduct quarterly media reviews with Brand/ in-market teams & leaders
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Key Skills/Experience Required

Minimum 8 years experience in traditional & digital media, preferably covering both agencies and marketersStrong, hands-on experience with traditional , digital and social media management for brands including social listening tools, capabilities and reportingCapability to develop annual operating plans on digital for a portfolio of brands and partner with agencies to oversee executionExperience in designing “always on” social media strategies with an emphasis on contentExperience with the digital programmatic media ecosystem – technologies, partners, metricsDeep understanding of the media & digital landscape and ecosystem in the marketMulti-media planning, optimization and execution experience, including digitalBachelor’s Degree in any disciple.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English language
2. Differentiating Competencies Required

Passion for understanding various consumer segments in markets and their media behavioursHighly collaborative with the ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders, agencies, etc.Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentHighly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines
Good to have

Experience in multi mredia led consumer activationsGood understanding of reporting & analytics tools like datorama, GA, omniture
