We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach, with the ability to influence and transform Agile ways of working across the entire team, supporting them on their journey and maintaining coherence and coordination in sophisticated projects.
Core Responsibilities
Your key responsibility is to own Agile Scrum process within the APAC B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence. Ensure visibility of work and engage with regional and global teams to harmonize tactics and share insights across regions.

Serve as an Organizational Change Scrum Master for the LEGO APAC B2B eCommerce COE
Coach transformation, influence and lead the change to influence the best ways of working across our business units
Ensure physical and virtual meetings and sprints stay on track through the utilization of Agile principles and associated methodologies
Collaborate closely with Head of APAC B2B eCommerce COE (who will be Product Owner for the regional team) to improve initiative value & run product backlog
Facilitate Agile methodology and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, demos, retrospectives, etc. for the Regional team
Be an inspiring leader, coach, and evangelist for regional eCommerce COE product owners (and BU Leads) to improve and refine regional commercial Scrum processes
Develop Agile training protocol for the regional eCommerce COEs and monitor Agile processes
Support the team in remaining creative and productive while ensuring its successes are tangible and visible
Facilitate Sprint Retrospectives to help the teams improve, ensuring that the teams adopt a ‘leadership for all’ attitude that drives individual accountability and team success

We are establishing a new team to elevate our ecommerce-related activities regionally and power up our capabilities. Together with our global functions, this team will design, deliver, and scale activities across the shopper funnel to support the marketing strategy defined with our regional marketing team.

Our future growth plans are highly related to lifting our e-commerce and omnichannel strategy and execution with our B2B customers. The purpose and mission of this new group is to develop and implement a coherent digital shopper approach that demonstrates the strengths of brand and establishing a new Operating Model working in an agile environment.
Do you have what it takes?
Certification such as Certified Scum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), or Certified Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS) preferred
Several years of experience as an agile coach influencing and coaching others in transformation change management, preferably in a fast paced and commercial environment or consultancy
In-depth experience facilitating agile sprints and meetings
Experience mentoring teams/individuals on agile techniques, design thinking, customer value, product management
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Trello, JIRA or Confluence
Understanding of eCommerce and the role that display, search and digital marketing play in the shopper journey is a plus
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to prioritize, delegate, and implement in a high performing environment
Highly meticulous while being a strong communicator
